I do not think it is an abuse. Woaikele if a person uses chinese/china in his conversation that doesnt mean he is hurting your sentiments. Please be a bit more wise about this situation if you dont understand hindi language. He meant to say that someone is a servant of the chinese team as in someone is helping china people.
